We render legal assistance, advice and input for the registration, conversion and development of properties in Mbombela and Nkomazi. This include properties and developments facing the Kruger National Park, lodges, guesthouses, subdivisions, consolidations, certificates of title, resort developments, commercial developments and related services on an ongoing basis. We are involved in new developments.
Mtoma / Jakkalsbessie Estate (Malelane)
Jakkalsbessie is a rural residential development facing the Crocodile River and Kruger National Park, consisting of adjacent stands in a gated community close to Malelane Town. We were involved in the establishment of the development, the legal work for the development, the first transfers to new owners, and subsequent transfers and bond registrations regarding the properties.

Mandarin Grove – Nelspruit
Mandarin Grove is a family orientated development inside Golfview Estate Nelspruit, adjacent to Matumi Golf Estate. It consists of 52 Residential stands. We were involved in the establishment, the legal work, the first property transfers and bond registrations, and in subsequent transfers of stands and houses in the development.
Matsulu B
We were the participating lawyers in the consortium consisting of Town Planners, Surveyors, Engineers and Environmentalists, involved in the formalising and issuing of the first title deeds for Matsulu B. More than 1000 stands obtained formal title deeds. The town is adjacent to and between the N4 toll road and the Kruger National Park, between Nelspruit and Malelane.
Riverfront developments facing the Crocodile River
Our offices are involved in the development of a luxury lifestyle gated community, facing the Kruger National Park less than five minutes from Malelane Town. It consists of approximately 21 stands facing the Crocodile River. The stands are positioned to entice and enhance security, stability and permanence, as well as the optimal enjoyment of the game and prolific birdlife offered by the Crocodile River frontage with the Kruger National Park. The KNP K9 Anti-Poaching Unit dog unit impressed visitors. Since its inception in 2012, this unit has grown from three to more than 50 dogs. The unit and its remarkable dogs track poachers in the field and detect firearms, ammunition and wildlife products that enter and exit through the park gates. It is an unmistakable a game changer for anti-poaching initiatives in the KNP.
