We were involved in the establishment of the development, the legal work for the development, the first transfers to new owners, and subsequent transfers and bond registrations regarding the properties.

We were involved in the establishment, the legal work, the first property transfers and bond registrations, and in subsequent transfers of stands and houses in the development.
Matsulu B
We were the participating lawyers in the consortium consisting of Town Planners, Surveyors, Engineers and Environmentalists, involved in the formalising and issuing of the first title deeds for Matsulu B. More than 1000 stands obtained formal title deeds. The town is adjacent to and between the N4 toll road and the Kruger National Park, between Nelspruit and Malelane.
